CGW completed a gut renovation for a commercial high-end boutique restaurant on the ground floor. CGW provided all tenant improvement work, plus all finish work, supplied and installed new c-joists to add 1ft of ceiling height for restaurant, new plumbing, new bar, flooring, lighting and bathrooms. CGW also excavated basement supply, installed a new walk-in freezer, and supplied and in stalled new hooding and venting.
For the residential floors above, CGW structurally reinforced the building, and fully renovated 3 residential floors.
