CGW finished a full gut renovation of a residential loft, added a 1,000 square foot mezzanine with master bath, master bedroom. CGW installed a walk-in closet, new HVAC, new staircase, new custom bathrooms and kitchens, new custom lighting, and AV system including state-of-the-art projectors in the main living room and master bedroom.

CGW was the project manager, coming into the project that had been dragging on for 4+ years. After CGW came on board as PM, the project was smoothed out and completed within 6 months.

CGW completed a gut renovation and alteration type 1 of a 3-bed 3 bath duplex. Work included preparing the building for alteration, installing new sprinkler system and new metal c-joist, supplying and installing new common area stair to meet 1998 code and structural reinforcement of the west wall.
